RECRUITMENT POLICY/PROCEDURE TO POSTS IN BPS1 TO 15

As decided by the Cabinet in its meeting held on 31.5.94 the responsiblility of monitoring recruitment process to posts in BPS-1 to 15 was entrusted to the Establishment Division. The following policy/procedure based on the aforesaid decision of the Cabinet for the recruitment to posts BPS-1 to 15 in Ministries/Attached Departments/Subordinate offices shall be adopted.

a)      It will be ensured that the prescribed regional provincial quota. quota for women minorities and disabled are observed. The advertisements to the vacancies shall be issued after clearance of the Establishment Division.

2.     After advertisement of the posts and receipt of applications on the prescribed forms available in the branches of Habib Bank, the Ministries/Divisions/Subordinate offices etc. would proceed according to the recruitment rules of the posts and conduct tests/interviews as the case may be.

c)     Before finalising the results these  would be sent to the Establishment Division for vetting/clearance.
